You will receive a full refund, no questions asked. All we need is your name - or the name associated with the payment. We would prefer that you ship the item with a tracking number (such as USPS Delivery Confirmation). 

The full money back guarantee may not apply to orders containing more than two items of the same model. You should order only one unit for evaluation before ordering multiple units.

                   TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Our products are constructed with high quality components and thoroughly tested before shipment. Nonetheless, failures are possible and warranty service may be required. Our products are warranted by Mystic Marvels LLC against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, Mystic Marvels LLC will repair or replace the product without charge. Service under this Warranty can be obtained by delivering or shipping the product to Mystic Marvels LLC. Please notify us before sending the product back for replacement or repair. 

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, accident, misuse, alteration, lightning, or deterioration due to exposure. 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
